When I first used the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 6 I had tendonitis in my achilles tendon. In a month everything was gone and I could run freely with the shoe. I was running with the trail shoe at that time and now are in the road shoe. When I first switched from trail to road I was running a lot and my tendonitis came back. The shoes weren’t helping so I got another pair. These worked great.
The reason I like the Adrenaline is because it really supports my feet and arches when running. It’s light and very comfortable. My feet only get hot if I’m wearing really thick socks which is rare for anyone when they’re going for a run.
The shoe also has 6 of Brooks great shoe accsessories. It has the Substance 257, the HydroFlow, the Podular Tech, the DRB accel, the Diangonal Rollbar, and the Heel Strike Pod. These are just some of the things that make the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 6 a great shoe. If you are looking for a that supports your arches and if your flat footed, this is the shoe for you.
