Brooks Podium Jacket

I used my Brooks lottery to pick up the new Brooks Podium Jacket. This new jacket is made with Equilibrium Technology. Equilibrium Technologies “are about thermo regulation, featuring advanced moisture transfer fabrics that regulate body temperature.” The Podium mesh fabric is 100% moisture transfer polyster with a wicking finish. I originally picked up this jacket because it felt more like a sweat shirt then a jacket. It was nice & cozy from the moment I first put it on. I always have a chill & this jacket has been great at keeping me warm. I took it on vacation to a warm climate & it was perfect in the evening, when I felt a little bit cool. This jacket is not bulky or heavy. It is very light & you hardly notice that you have it on. It has convenient side zip pockets that are quite deep & can hold a cell phone, keys & a few gels with no problems. I wore it one cold morning while out on my bike & it kept me warm, under my Running Free jacket. When I took my Running Free jacket off the Brooks Podium jacket was quite damp, so it did wick the wet away from my body & it still kept me nice & warm. The jacket did not feel heavy at all with it being so wet, which was very nice indeed. It also has reflective qualities which just puts the finishing touches on this great jacket. I would recommend this Podium Jacket to anyone looking for a high quality product.
