I started taking 7 Systems about every other day and always on my longer 2-3 hours training days and I found it helped me recover faster for my next work out and it also helped me from getting sick. It’s one of those things that you don’t even realize how much it’s helping you until you run out of it. The week after I stopped taking 7 Systems I felt more muscle fatigue and general tiredness and I can honestly attributed it to not taking 7 Systems.
I have since replenished my supply and 7 Systems will definitely play a big part in my training for my first Ironman attempt scheduled for March 6, 2010 in Taupo, New Zealand. It doesn’t matter what type of race you are training for – making sure that your body is fueled properly so that your cells and muscles can repair itself is the most important thing of all. 7 Systems has figured out all the science of what endurance athletes need in one convenient package and with the long working days and hard work outs on the road or gym who wants to think about eating all the right foods.
I felt huge benefits just by taking 7 Systems every other day. As my training ramps up for Ironman I will definitely start taking it every day and I will definitely be taking it after my race too so that my legs can fully enjoy the rest of my trip.
If you’re training for any type of race or just feeling drained from your workouts give 7 Systems a try. I really don’t think that you’ll be disappointed.
