During the summer months it is essential to keep your water intake up especially during longer mileage runs. The Nathan Speed 2 belt has an elastic belt attached by velcro with two 10oz bottles equipped with a pocket in the middle giving you the option to carry along gels, keys etc. Instead of a “one size fits all” belt, Nathan gives the option of (Small: 26″-32″) (Medium 32-36″) and (Large: 36-42″). The diverse sizes allows for a secure fit with less movement. The bottle cages are very secure but still allow the bottles to be removed effortlessly. I definitely recommend this product, it allows runners to stay hydrated withoutresorting to carrying a water bottle.
