I won this product in the lottery which is how I tried it for the first time. I am so glad because it really gives me the boost I need before a run or workout. I also take it afterwards for better recovery.
I mix it with a small amount of water as I do not like the taste of it directly from the packet in dry format. If I am doing a long run, I will add to one of my bottles with water and drink during the run.
I recently found out that this product has been discontinued in North America which was quite upsetting! I purchased everything that the Orangeville store had but am already feeling withdrawal symptoms as I just broke into my last box!!
If anybody knows where to find it, please let me know!
