In 2009 I bought my first CW-X STABILYX TIGHTS, They still remain my oldest garment in my fitness and racing gear bag.
I’m not the kindest to my gear , its often worn and washed as I really like fresh gear and not a whole lot of garments can hold up to this type of abuse. I’ve used these tights in mostly inclement training workouts, fall, winter and spring training workouts and races.
The CW-X Stabilyx tights have been worn during mostly running but also are very comfortable during my X country skiing, and Road and Mountain bike rides. The difference between the CW-X has been the comfort throughout the whole garment and in particular the Waist with its drawstring (no buckling like another brand I tried) and Knee and Quad areas.
The Stabilyx Support Web panels feel great around the Knee and tendon areas, though I’ve never had knee problems; I have experienced hamstring and Achilles problems. I don’t profess to claim they could prevent these injuries, they do feel very supportive in these areas including the Knee.
My new CX-X Stabilyx tights have allowed me to use these Tights for another application, I ve been a avid user of compression socks and sleeves since 2005 so now I ve now continued to wear the CW-X tights after my run or bike rides over two hours, I believe they help with my recovery by increasing blood circulation throughout my whole lower body and not just my feet and calves.
