I have both the shorts and capris and have been wearing them for about a year.
I have a nagging hip issue and I do feel relief when running in the tights but also like to wear the full length tights after racing.
My legs do feel a bit “heavy” or “restricted” when I first start out my runs wearing these tights but the trade-off is the support….which my IT band and hip appreciates in the longer distances and with my recovery.
My only feedback is that I would like to see a bigger pocket in the tights.
