I am thankful that for the second year in a row, my fellow Team Running Free teammates, Jason Ng and Troy Rowe, agreed to so the swimming and running, so we could race triathlon and duathlon relays again.
We had a successful year, getting on the podium every time out.
I hope to continue with more of the same next year (it would be the 12th year with Team Running Free), but slip in some more solo races too.
Congrats to you on your 2017 season, may 2018 be even better.
