Not all water bottles are created equally. I recently upgraded my handheld water bottle from Nathan SpeedDraw plus to the Nathan ExoDraw 2.
Pros
- Holds enough water yet small that its not awkward to bring with you
- Hand strap feels comfortable when running and you don’t need to have a firm grip to hold your water bottle
- The pocket is large enough to carry a phone, keys or gels that you would need on a run
- The bottle shrinks as it empties
Cons
Cost it’s a little more pricey than other models
