About Me: I am a married Mum of two amazing girls and a super supportive husband. I started running late 2004 and then took some time off when my second daughter was born. I started back running 2013 and so happy I found Running Free!

Sports: Running, Cross-fit, cycling, golf

Athletic Goals: Possibly thinking about a 50k?? get in more cycling and train for a duathlon.

My most catastrophic racing experience was: Drank waaaay too much water before the 2013 5k Rebecca Run.

My most memorable racing experience was: 2014 Scotia Bluenose...Being from the East Coast, this race turned out to be an amazing family bonding weekend! I ran the the half with my family meeting me at the finish line. Also ran the 2k with my youngest and my parents participated in the 5k and 10k's.

Favourite Racing Gear: Buff headwear....so versatile! Tube socks with toes cut out for throw away arm sleeves.

Favourite Race Food: Oatmeal, almond milk and banana pre-run breakfast, Gu gels mid-run, Infinit Repair post-run.
