About Me: Started running in track & field in high school. Lost count on number of races that I have been doing since mid 1970s.

Sports: Running, Cycling, and Swimming.

Athletic Goals: Finish my first 70.3 1/2 iron triathlon before age of 60.

My most catastrophic racing experience was: Can't think of any yet.

My most memorable racing experience was: The very first marathon in Macau that I suffered so much that I almost could not finished. My girl friend (now she is my lovely wife) thought I was lost!

Favourite Racing Gear: K-Swiss K-Ruuz running shoes, Sugoi running and cycling gears, Giant bikes and Compresssport socks.

Favourite Race: Sporting Life 10K

Favourite Race Food: Pocari Sweat, most popular sports drink in Asia. This was and still is the best energy drink in my opinion. Consumed ton of it when I used to races in Hong Kong. It can be found in some big Chinese grocery stores in Toronto. My other favorite drink and food are NUUN . Power bars/gels, Clif bars and shots.
