My most catastrophic racing experience was: At the OFSAA qualifier this year I cracked under the pressure and had to deal with old injuries. I ran with severe cramps for the start in the 2 degree weather and in pooring rain. The only time I was warm the entire day was during the race. I finished a couple minutes behind the last qualifier which i had beat in the 2 past races.
My most memorable racing experience was: my most memorable racing experience was the Hamilton road to hope 5km. I had a sensational run with a time of 16:32 and i spent the afternoon with one of my best friends who also ran the race.
