My most memorable racing experience was: Any race in nice surroundings with the prerequiste moutain or sea :-). Vermont, Switzerland, France, Italy and even some of the race here at home!! (Newfoundland, BC, Alberta)
Favourite Racing Gear: New Balance 825, Sugoi cycling bibs.
Favourite Race: Green Mountain stage race - Vermont
Favourite Race Food: Fillet Mignon with a nice Merlo, bacon wrapped potatoes and Arugula salad. And don't forget the chocolat mousse and vanilla ice cream :-p
