About Me: I have been an avid runner for more than 20 years. I also have tried some duathlons in the past and hope to complete a triathlon in the future.

My most catastrophic racing experience was: Going from the finish line to hospital emergency room via ambulance after the 2003 Frosty 5km (nothing serious --- I was released later that evening).
My most memorable racing experience was: Crossing the finish line of the New York City Marathon.
