About Me: I'm 32, married to an incredible wife who allows me to have this lifestyle. I have three adorable kids, 5, 3, and 1 year who love coming into the basement while I'm on my bike and practice their racing skills. I've been doing triathlon for 4 years and loving every minute.
Sports: I'm highly skilled at the art of convincing my wife that I need to have the latest and greatest of whatever new is out there. That's a sport no?
Athletic Goals: Training for Ironman Lake Placid
My most catastrophic racing experience was: I won't say that I've never had one, you know murphy's law....
My most memorable racing experience was: I'm the kind of person who usually wakes up at some ungodly hour and drive solo up to the race site. Well, last summer I did the Kingston long course and went up with a couple of friends the night before and stayed locally in a hotel. We went out for a nice dinner, woke up on time and had a ton of laughs... What fun!!!
Favourite Racing Gear: I don't know what I would do without my IPOD... It's been so great to reconnect with so many tunes that have been forgotten. Those long runs (and tunes) bring me back to fond memories.
Favourite Race: Around the Bay Road Race
Favourite Race Food: Those powerbar - peanut butter.... ooooohhhh sometimes I go for a bike ride just to have one!!
