About Me: I grew up in Nova Scotia, lived in Montreal for over 20 years and was transferred to the Toronto area in 2008. Leaving Montreal, my running buddies and club was very hard but I was very fortunate to find a new running home and amazing friends.
Sports: Running, both trail and road and Biking (did my first dualthons in 2011).
Athletic Goals: Fun and some speed for 2014
My most catastrophic racing experience was: Montreal Marathon 2003, over 30 degrees, I remember walking many of the streets in the latter part of the marathon. I finished standing and smiling.
My most memorable racing experience was: Last leg of the Cabot Trail Relay, running into the Village of Baddeck on the Main Street with my family and team cheering me on.

Favourite Race Food: Coffee and Jif Peanut butter on a bagel or banana and Gu gels, especially the new salted caramel
