My most catastrophic racing experience was: Ran fastest 5km in 21 mins. Wore the wrong size shoes; legs felt broken for 4 weeks.

My most memorable racing experience was: Finishing a half marathon with 1 month training: Having shin splints going into race and finishing it in 2:23:00
