About Me: A school teacher made me run laps of the playground in elementary school as a punishment. Turns out the joke was on her - I decided I liked it and am still happily running around in circles years later.

Athletic Goals: Build a strong base to train on, stay healthy, and include some non-running races in the mix this year.

My most catastrophic racing experience was: Two (2!) flat tires in a bike relay race in the middle of the night when only carrying one spare tube and CO2 canister. I decided not to scratch the lap and ran my bike in for the last 5 kms while wearing clipless shoes.
