About Me: I love sports but I am a reluctant racer. I'm getting better at putting my game face on now.
Sports: Running, Mountain Biking, Road Biking, Snowshoeing, Cross Country Skiing, Swimming, Rock Climbing, Yoga, and most recently Snowboarding. (although my butt hasn't forgiven me for that one!)
Athletic Goals: This year is about building up the milage for me.
My most catastrophic racing experience was: Wrenching my knee after glissading down a mountain in an Adventure Race. Our team decided to drop out after that. I was heartbroken that I had let them down.
My most memorable racing experience was: Climbing up the first mountain in Southern Traverse with all the other competitors trudging side by side. Helicopters were swooping above as the fog lifted and the sun peaked over the mountain.
