About Me: I am a self made runner, as many of us just started because it was the only physical activity I was able to commit with. Today running is a passion, I have to run almost every day and I was able to progress through the years in a way I was never thought I was capable of. I feel very happy to be a member of this Team I think it is the motivation I need to continue lacing my running shoes everyday and I hope to give back some of that motivation to other members.

Athletic Goals: My long term personal goal is to continue running for the rest of my life.

My most catastrophic racing experience was: 2014 Southlake 5K. 300mts after starting I felt a crack in my left calf, It was a horrible pain, but I handle to finish the race. ( not a good idea)

My most memorable racing experience was: Running the Good life Toronto Half with my 16 years old son. Side by side all the race together something I will never forget.

Favourite Race: Chicago Marathon

Favourite Race Food: My favorite training is the marathon training. Specially running 25K on a sunday morning on my personal favorite route in Fairy Lake Newmarket./ About the racing food, I normally breakfast light, most likely a plain bagel and for the race if it is about 5K I normally drink before the start and nothing during the race, if it is longer, I bring water with half a squeezed lemon juice.
