About Me: Mother, Wife, Runner, Teacher and Coach. I am on my journey to running 45 marathons by the time I am 45 years old. 36 marathons completed so far with number 37 at the 2023 Boston Marathon.

My most catastrophic racing experience was: Tripping on nothing in front of the Lululemon cheering squad at the Mississauga Marathon in 2014 on my 35th birthday. Ripped up my hand and had an asthma attack. But got my first sub 4 hour finish!

My most memorable racing experience was: Travelling to Berlin for the Berlin Marathon

Favourite Racing Gear: Shoes with 4 mm to 6 mm drop doesn't matter the brand

Favourite Race Food: I eat as vegan as I can.
