About Me: I run and cycle, but must admit to being a fair weather runner at heart...
Sports: running, trail running, cycling
Athletic Goals: Mississauga half Marathon - Cleveland Marathon Jury is still out on my first Ultra 50k recover from knee injury and keep running !!! keep running 2013 Goofy ATB Mississauga 1/2 Ottawa 1/2 Cremore Springs 25k Trail Run Midsummer's Night 30k Lakeshore Marathon

My most memorable racing experience was: Every Finish is a memorable experience.
Favourite Racing Gear: Run in Peregrins for trials and IceBugs in winter. Never thought I would use a Garmin but really like my Forerunner 235 Recently switched to Saucony Kinvara6. Sometimes run in Hoka.
Favourite Race: There is something memorable about each race...but if you want to spoil yourself, runDisney's Goofy Challenge is awesome.
Favourite Race Food: eLoad, Honey MAXX oranges and bananas... and who doesn't like peanut butter ( sorry if you are allergic, no slight intended ).
