About Me: I have been married for 27 years (same woman) and have 2 winderful daugthers, presently live in Pickering. I work in the health science field.
Sports: I have been running for the last 7 years, stated at the 5 km distance and have progresses to the marathon. Will be completing my first tri this spring.
Athletic Goals: I am presently coaching a group of runners for TNT-Team in Training and we will be running the Paris marathon in April, also I will once again be running the Boston marathon. In addition I have been training for the last 2 months for my first sprint triathlon this spring and plan on completing an Olmpic distance later in the summer.
My most catastrophic racing experience was: In the 2007 Around the Bay race I tore a solius muscle in my left leg and still finished the race, luckly my wife and best friend was ther to help me finish.
My most memorable racing experience was: Running the Toronto Waterfront Marathon with the intent of qualifing for Boston in the fall of 2008 means alot to me, as I never thought of myself as an athelete.
Favourite Racing Gear: Favourite shoe is the Brooks Adrenaline GTS, helps with my pronation issue.
Favourite Race: New York Marathon
Favourite Race Food: eload Heat Endurance for my drink and GU Rocktane Gels for the time after the wall.
