About Me: I live in Richmond Hill. Retired from the Canadian Armed Forces in 2018. Married to Madeleine and our two kids are grown adults now. My hobbies are running, golf and travel.

Sports: Golf and running.

Athletic Goals: 5 km run in as many countries as possible and complete a 50 km or longer race.

My most catastrophic racing experience was: I thought the lubrication gel was power gu/gel. The lubrication gel did not taste the best!

My most memorable racing experience was: Finishing under 4 hours at the Mississauga Marathon back in 2007

Favourite Racing Gear: Saucony running shoes and any clothing that fits properly.
