About Me: I strive to live the healthiest lifestyle possible; Being active has always been a huge part of my life. I have experienced many different sports from Karate, Freestyle Wrestling, Brazilian Jui Jitsu, and Muay Thai. Ever since my girlfriend and I moved to Milton and joined the Running Free clinic, I have really found a passion in running. I love to train and push my body to its utmost limit.
Sports: Running/cross training/mountain biking/trail running
My most catastrophic racing experience was: My most catastrophic racing experience has definitely got to be reaching the 32km mark at my first marathon (Scotiabank 2010) and haveing my legs loose their range of motion. Trying to fight all the negative thoughts going through my head like "why are you doing this" and "if you stop right now noone will even notice" was extremely hard to face, but I am glad to say I did not let these thoughts get the better of me.
My most memorable racing experience was: This would be pacing my girlfriend /running partner in her first half marathon. Her goal time was 2 hours and she dug really deep to pull off a 1:52. It was a great feeling to share that experiance with her and help push her to meet her goal.
