About Me: I grew up in Whitby playing and loving all sports. A couple of years ago I really started to enjoy endurance activities. I am married to my very supportive and loving partner Mary. Together we have 2 kids: Ryker (6 years old) and Baelyn (2 years old)

Sports: I currently enjoy playing hockey, volleyball, running and triathlons.

Athletic Goals: sub 2:40 Marathon sub 1:14 1/2 qualify for Kona Swim way faster

My most memorable racing experience was: The Boston Marathon was pretty crazy. I'd never competed in an event with so much spectator support prior to Boston.

Favourite Racing Gear: I like to train in Asics and race in Mizuno Ronin's I love my Running Free visor and team gear

Favourite Race: My favorite race to date is Boston Marathon
