About Me: I am truly passionate about running no matter the conditions. I have taken part in numerous running events including the Boston Athletic Association 10k, the Toronto Sporting Life 10k, the RBC Race for the Kids 10k, and many more. Through running, I have been able to train in New York, Boston, Los Angeles, Cancun, Vancouver, and several parts of Toronto. To me, running has no barriers. Whether it’s in the blazing heat of Cancun, Mexico or the frigid Canadian winters, I am always ready to tackle any obstacle in front of my path. I have a strong devotion to athletics and an immense belief in maintaining and promoting an active and healthy lifestyle. I am a well-rounded athlete who intentionally lives life with balance and strives to understand the needs of others and seeks to enrich and improve the community. In my opinion, life is all about making connections. As a runner, I have realized the importance of belonging to a community. In my day to day life, I strive to ensure that everyone around me feels connected and has a sense of belonging in our community.

Sports: Running, swimming, road cycling, and playing tennis

Athletic Goals: Completing a 10k in under 37 mins. I am looking forward to increasing my running distance and racing in STWM half marathon in the coming year.

My most memorable racing experience was: Running a 10k in 37:59 mins Completing 13.1 miles at 6:21 pace
