About Me: Mom of 3. Work full-time in a busy elementary school. Long time runner forced into branching off into triathlon, am glad I did. Learning to be a competent swimmer and stronger cyclist.

Sports: Running but am learning to appreciate the ins and outs of cycling and swimming the more I spend time training in those disciplines.

Athletic Goals: Climb up rankings in my age group in triathlon. Improve on bike and swim.

My most catastrophic racing experience was: Hitting the wall in the 2005 Mississauga Marathon.

My most memorable racing experience was: Running my first 1500 meter race as a Masters athlete after 20 years of not racing on a track.

Favourite Racing Gear: Am liking my new Polar M400.

Favourite Race Food: Like eload gels and drinks for long runs/races. Always eat egg/cheese/ham on english muffin or toast before every race.
