About Me: I have been Adventure Racing for three years. Live it, Love it, Breathe it!
Sports: Anything Off Road! Adventure, Mountain Biking Trail Running with or without Orienteering.
Athletic Goals: Next Big Race: Gearing up for logs, rocks and steel.
My most catastrophic racing experience was: Running the Peterborough half Marathon during a spot of the stomach flu. Tossed my cookies the whole race, and came in dead last. I knew I was in trouble when the water stops were packed-up prior to my arrival.
My most memorable racing experience was: 2006 Mud Run. This was my first off road experience and I haven't looked back since. That race was my turning point from pavement to dirt/mud/swamp. Oh Yah!
Favourite Racing Gear: Salomon trail runners are a product from God! I'm on my third pair.
Favourite Race: ESAR
Favourite Race Food: I race almost exclusively on e-load, any fruit flavoured gel packs and hot rods.
