About Me: Former marathoner, triathlete, mom of 3 teens, high school coach and teacher.
Sports: Triathlon, road running, open water swimming, freestyle skiing, cycling.
Athletic Goals: To keep competing into my 70's and beyond! Along the way I want continue to be competitive in my age group, qualify for the Triathlon World championships again, continue to set personal bests and finally to share my love of running and swim/bike/run with with newbies and everyone else who wants to share the joy.
My most catastrophic racing experience was: Bike crash 2013. Dislocated collar bone, 10 stitches, concussion, a mountain of pain and ton of gratitude for no lasting damage.
My most memorable racing experience was: Qualifying for Boston and being on cloud 9 for a solid year..4 years later after switching gears from distance running, qualifying for the triathlon world championships.
Favourite Racing Gear: Asics kayano running shoes, Sugoi triathlon gear, Speedo and Arena swimsuits, Aquasphere goggles, Sugoi winter running jacket, Icebreaker base layers.
Favourite Race: Boston Marathon, and Triathlon World championships
Favourite Race Food: Eload sports drink and Gu Gels.

Best part? riding on the Gardiner expressway and the DVP. Worst? transition is a bit bumpy having to run across
New favourite base layer for winter! So thin yet so warm. You can run outside at 5 C or wear
Love this bag! First there are tons of compartments for you to organize and store all your gear, goggles, gels,
I love the Multisport Woodstock triathlon because it is the first of the season and after a winter of indoor
