About Me: I grew up on a farm in Caledon playing various sports and started running in grade school on the cross country team. My wife Victoria (also team Running Free) inspired me to start running and training again a couple of years ago and now I have completed two marathons, six 50km, two 50 milers, a 100km and a 125km race a distance I would never think of running 6 years ago.

My most catastrophic racing experience was: The altitude and heat of Bryce Canyon just kicking my butt.

My most memorable racing experience was: Summiting Mount Hammel during the Canadian Death Race and FaceTiming my family at home to show them the view
